RankAnalyze is a content-intelligence platform that audits web content, compares it against sources or competitors, tracks search-engine rankings, and analyzes how AI assistants describe your brand. Features, credit costs, and plan limits are described on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. 3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing
The Service is offered on a free tier and paid subscription tiers, each with a monthly credit allowance and feature set described on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway (currently Razorpay); we do not store your card or bank details ourselves. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy for how cancellations, renewals, and refunds work.
Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next billing period unless explicitly stated otherwise on your plan.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's output at scale without our written permission; submit content you don't have the right to submit for analysis; attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or plan restrictions; or interfere with the Service's operation or security.
5. Content you submit
You retain ownership of any content, URLs, or text you submit for analysis ("Submitted Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Submitted Content — including sending it to third-party AI/language-model providers and data providers — solely to deliver the analysis you requested. Don't submit content that infringes someone else's rights or that you're not authorized to share.
6. Third-party services
Delivering an audit or report may involve sending parts of your Submitted Content to third-party AI model providers, search-data providers, and similar infrastructure vendors, solely to generate your results. We choose vendors we consider reputable, but we don't control their systems and aren't liable for their acts or omissions beyond what's required by applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service normally.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Audit results, scores, and recommendations are generated using automated and AI-assisted analysis and may contain errors or omissions — they're decision support, not professional legal, financial, or SEO guarantees. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that using it will produce any particular ranking, traffic, or business outcome.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
11. Changes to these Terms
